A 12 week comprehensive coaching plan specifically for women over 40 who are ready to reclaim their strength, energy, and vitality. In this program, we recognize the crucial role that maintaining and building muscle plays in the overall health and well-being of women as they age. With my hybrid training approach, you get the benefits of in-person fitness coaching with a certified personal trainer with over 30 years experience training women, along with the convenience and flexibility of online training. How it works

  • After purchasing the plan, clients schedule a free 20-minute call to provide essential information for creating a personalized program
  • In-person sessions are held at my garage gym every 4 weeks, where we discuss goals, review the training plan, practice exercises, and ensure proper form.
  • Your customized program is delivered via the my training app, providing easy access to your tailored fitness routine.
  • Weekly text check-ins via direct message (DM) in the app keep you accountable and allow for progress tracking and adjustments as needed.
  • You also have continuous access to me via DM within the app for any questions, concerns, or additional support throughout your fitness journey.
